Q: I have submitted my reservation form and credit card - what happens now?

A: Once you submit your reservation form and credit card information, your accommodation request will be process as quickly as possible. However, some delays may occur due to our processing requirements. If the hotel you choose is available for the dates you specified, your booking will be confirmed and your credit card will be charged 10% of total room rate as deposit. If you book hotel package rate, the deposit will be charged by the package policy. If you wish to cancel your booking after this, you will incur a cancellation fee - see booking conditions. If the hotel is not available, we will contact you with a suitable alternative and no payment will be incurred.
Q: How long will it take to confirm my booking?
A: Your booking is confirmed right after your credit card authorization process is finished. You will receive the confirmation letter when your booking is completed. However, if your booking is declined, our system will also send you e-mail to notify.

Q: How can I amend or cancel my booking?
A: Should you wish to amend or cancel your existing booking, please use our View/Amend/Cancel Your Booking form. You can also email us through our Email Support Form (make sure you select "amendment/cancellation request" and include your Booking ID). One of our reservation executive will get back to you with a response as quickly as possible. Please note: an amendment or cancellation fee will apply - see booking conditions.
Q: What is CONFIRMATION / ACCOMMODATION VOUCHER?
A: This is confirmation of your reservation and payment to us. Once your request was confirmed we send you an email with a link to your Voucher. Please print out a copy and keep this document safe. You will have to present it at the hotel during check-in procedures. Should you lose or damage the voucher, please re-visit the link and print another copy of the Voucher. If you have, any further problems you must contact us immediately and we will assist you.
Q: How can I request an early check in or a late check out?
A: If you want to request an early check in or a late check out, please include the information in the 'additional requests' section when filling out the reservation form and we check the possibility of your request.

Please note: Early check in and late check out are subject to the availability of the room and cannot be confirm until the day of check in or check out. We can advise the hotel of your request, and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. If you plan to arrive more than 6 hours prior to the hotels check in time, and want to guarantee that you will be able to check into your room on arrival, you will need to book the night prior to the date of arrival. Example: If the check in time for a hotel is 2 pm and you are planning to arrive at 4 am on January 5, you will need to book for January 4 AND January 5, as hotels are not able to organize check in at such an early hour.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card?
A: Your credit card details are encrypted onto our database using the Kasikorn Bank SSL (Secure Socket Layer). It is stored securely at all times and it will never be share to unauthorized third parties.
Q: Do I have to send my credit card details online?
A: We encourage all our clients to submit their credit card information via our secure online credit card form. This makes it easier for us to process your booking requests quicker and more efficiently.
Q: Which credit card types do you accept in the website?
A: The cards we accept are: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron in  website payment. We are sorry that we don’t take American Express, JCB and Diners on our website. But you can use to pay at the hotel upon your arrival.
Q: When will my credit card be charge?
A: If your booking has Instant Confirmation, your credit card is charged for the 10% total amount of room rate immediately after you submit the credit card form, and the Confirmation/Accommodation Voucher is then sent to the email address you specified. If you book hotel special package, please see booking condition.
Q: Can I change my credit card when the booking is already settled?
A: If you wish to alter a credit card after it has been charge and the booking completed, a fee will apply - see booking conditions.
Q: I don't have a credit card, can I pay cash on arrival?
A: If you have no credit card and you wish to pay by cash upon arrival in the Hotel, you can make a reservation request via e-mail: reservation@bellavillapattaya.com . But we recommend to do all booking online with deposit guarantee to secure your booking.
Q: Do you organize airport transfers with my accommodation?
A: If you want our transportation services to transfer you from airport to the hotel, please provide us your flight details, estimated date and time of arrival & others. Additional charges will apply. Standard room rates do not include costs of airport transfers, unless otherwise stated.
Q: Where I can find the contact and direction details of the hotel?
A: The hotel's street address/MAP is shown on the hotel's information page. Please click the location and contact us to view the address and MAP of the hotel. All the information regarding the hotel (such as facilities and rates) is located on each hotel's web page. For additional information, you may contact the hotel directly.
Q: Is breakfast, included in the room rate?
A: Yes, daily room rate includes complimentary buffet ABF 2 person/day. Extra ABF charged Adult = 200.- Thb/day ; Child = 100.- Thb/day.
